WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an Investor Relations Officer (IRO), you are part of the Investor Relations Services team in our Sofia office and work closely with the other Funds teams to continuously exceed our clients' expectations. You independently perform due diligence investigations and assess integrity risks in accordance with the applicable legislation and the internal policies and procedures. You handle both new onboarding cases and periodic reviews, and identify irregularities. In addition, you act as a Transfer Agent: processing transactions, contritnbuting to montly fund reporting, and serving as a point of contact for fund managers and ivnestors. You are expected to continuously develop personally and professionally, delivering added value to our fund services and contributing to the further growth of our office in Sofia.

Main responsibilities are:

• Establishing and maintaining investor registers and records, including the maintenance of an investor database;

• Completing investor KYC and AML processes following regulatory requirements and ISAE processes;

• Reviewing PPMs, LPAs, side letters, and subscription agreements as a part of the due diligence efforts and report on any findings;

• Reviewing, training and motivating (junior) investor relations officers;

• Processing and confirming subscriptions, redemptions and transfers;

• Processing capital calls and distributions;

• Issuance of investor reports and notices;

• Attending to ad hoc investor requests;

• Providing feedback to fund managers;

• Maintaining a personal investor access portal up to date to view real time data on outstanding KYC/AML and investor reporting and documentation;

• Communicating, maintaining relationships with and meeting the expectations of investors, fund managers, auditors, etc.;

• Communicating and liaising with internal fund specialists, legal, compliance and financial teams;

• Identiifying improvement opportunities and actively cntributing to product and process improvement initiatives.

HOW DO YOU FIT IN THE TEAM?

Our Investor Relations Services team supports our fund services teams in Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Singapore. In this position, you need to be a real team player, have a hands on and can do work mentality, and enjoy working in an internal environment. You are proactive, know what you are capable of, possess good communication and organizational skills, and are not afraid of asking questions.

Other relevant qualifications for this profile:

• Have a minimum bachelor's degree in law (corporate/ company/ fiscal) or equivalent level of working and thinking;

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant CDD/KYC experience within the financial sector;

• Work experience in fund services, including private equity is considered an advantage

• Knowledge of relevant local and international regulations, including having an understanding of the investor decision making process;

• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written;

• Self motivated, quality focused, and business minded with the ability to deliver excellent service to our clients;

• Willingness to develop your professional skills in an international environment;

• Personal credibility, integrity, high moral standards, and

• Highly meticulous and detail oriented.
