Senior Financial Account Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO?
The Senior Financial Account Manager (SFAM) manages financial activities for a diverse client portfolio and acts as the primary point of contact. Working closely with Financial and Legal Account Managers, you ensure accurate administration, statutory reporting and excellent client service.

You are a proactive and hands-on professional who can manage client interactions, priorities and deadlines. With a helicopter view, strong communication skills and a quality‑focused mindset, you contribute effectively to the financial team.
Main responsibilities are:
Senior Account Management
Set-up and maintain financial administrations, databases and other accounting records for a portfolio of complex clients.
Prepare statutory financial reports as well as client-specific reports.
Analyse financial data in order to create financial reports, budgets and statements.
Management of bank accounts and execution of client payments.
Maintain an organized planning of work to ensure timely and accurate filling of administrative records.
Maintain close contact with auditors, tax advisors, lawyers, notaties and other external parties in order to obtain the required information for reporting purposes.
Perform miscellaneous finance and administrative tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements.
Mentor, train and motivate Junior Financial Account Manager and Financial Account Managers and act as a sounding board.
Is a role model for the rest of the team.
Business Development
Represent the organization worldwide as an effective ambassador
Keep track of new fiscal developments and anticipate changes in legislation and translate this into business development
Build and foster strong relationships with tax advisors, auditors, banks, notaries and authorities
Is involved in business development activities
Other relevant qualifications for this profile:
Have a university Degree in Law (corporate/ company/ fiscal law).
5 years of experience in the fiduciary/corporate services.
Affinity with or experience in the Fund Business is considered an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
Extensive knowledge of relevant local and international regulations.
Strong analytical skills.
Self-motivated.
Ability to work on multiple issues, change priorities and organize workload.
Quality focused business-minded with the ability to deliver excellent service to our clients.
