Junior Client Due Diligence Analyst

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Junior Client Due Diligence Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be an active and value adding member for our Client Due Diligence team in Sofia.You will support the Legal Account Managers with client onboarding, periodic reviews, and change reviews, manage client information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also work closely with the Financial Account Managers and Compliance Team. This role is the perfect combination of taking ownership of individual work and performances and strongly sharing team responsibility.
Other responsibilities are:
Cooperate with the CDD team in engaging with new clients and guiding them through the onboarding process;
Assist the Legal Account Managers with onboarding, periodic reviews, and change reviews of clients;
Collect and organize information received from clients;
Conduct initial completeness checks of documents received against requirements set in Trustmoore’s policies and procedures;
Request and manage screenings;
Create, populate, and maintain information received from clients in relevant systems;
Assist the Legal Account Managers in maintaining a clear audit trail and ownership of every client file;
Collaborate with internal teams, including the compliance team and management.

Other relevant qualifications for this profile:
Bachelor’s degree in law, risk & compliance, or a related field preferred;
A client focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships. Experience in a client facing role is considered an advantage;
An understanding of KYC, AML and compliance processes;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism;
Experience in using CRM software and other relevant tools is considered an advantage;
Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
