WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Legal Account Manager (LAM) within the Capital Markets (CM) team, you will be an integral member of a dedicated client team, working closely with Client Directors and Accounting Managers to consistently deliver a best-in-class client experience. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of legal, corporate governance, and administrative activities for a diverse and fast-growing portfolio of capital markets and securitisation entities.

You are expected to continuously develop professionally, proactively add value across disciplines within Trustmoore, and contribute to the ongoing growth and operational excellence of our Luxembourg office.

Main responsibilities are:

• Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio and oversee the day-to-day management of CM entities, including reviewing transaction documentation, coordinating closings, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables;
• Provide guidance to clients on the administration, and ongoing maintenance of Luxembourg securitisation;
• Coordinate and maintain the safekeeping of statutory and transactional documentation and ensure proper company correspondence management;
• Draft, review, and maintain corporate legal documentation including board minutes, shareholder and noteholder resolutions, written resolutions, powers of attorney, agreements, and other documentation governed by Luxembourg civil and corporate law;
• Prepare agendas, convene and coordinate board and shareholder meetings, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory corporate governance standards;
• Carry and manage directorship mandates in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best-practice governance standards;
• Manage bank account openings, maintain banking records for client entities, and act as liaison with financial institutions;
• Conduct KYC/AML and CDD due diligence on noteholders, borrowers, servicers, underlying investments, and counterparties, including sanctions screening, risk assessments, transaction monitoring, and periodic reviews;
• Coordinate the onboarding and client acceptance process for new clients in accordance with internal frameworks;
• Execute regulatory reporting obligations including FATCA/CRS filings and ensure adherence to ongoing reporting timelines;
• Participating in business development activities by representing the organization worldwide as an effective ambassador.

HOW DO YOU FIT IN THE TEAM?

As a LAM, you need to manage ad-hoc activities next to your daily work. In this position, you need to prioritize what is important, have a hands-on and independent work mentality and be able to deal with stress. A helicopter view is required, you are proactive, know what you are capable of, possess good communication skills and not afraid of asking questions.

Other relevant qualifications for this profile:

• A university Degree in Law (corporate/ company/ fiscal law) is preferable, but not mandatory;
• Relevant work experience of minimum 5 years;
• Entrepreneurial business focus and problem-solving attitude;
• Fluent in English (both orally and in writing), knowledge of French/German/Dutch is an advantage;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a strong team player;
• Must be able to work on multiple issues, change priorities and organize workload; 

• Is quality focused, business-minded with ability to deliver excellent service to our clients.
