WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Corporate Assistant (CA) at Trustmoore you will have the opportunity to be an active and value adding member of our legal team in Sofia. You will assist our legal and accounting teams in our Fund Services business line in providing comprehensive administrative support and will assist, coordinate, and process day-to-day admin and legal transactions. Besides this, you will be of indispensable value in terms of ensuring the quality of the received documentation. This role is the perfect combination for taking ownership of your individual work and sharing a strong team responsibility as well.
Other responsibilities are:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations;
- Serve as liaison between executives and other departments, clients, and stakeholders
- Communicate with clients on behalf of the account managers, ensuring timely and professional responses;
- Draft board minutes and ensure accurate documentation of meetings;
- Circulate documents for signing and manage the tracking and filing of signed documents
- Assist in preparation of reports
- Coordinate with clients, fund managers, and investors to ensure timely communication and distribution of information;
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings and agendas;
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity;
- Assist with special projets and intitiatives as needed;
- Maintain contact with clients and/or other involved parties to obtain the required information for reporting purposes, meeting deadlines, and serving the client’s needs;
- Coordination with external advisors;
- Ensuring internal systems and client files are up to date;
- Maintain an organized planning of work to ensure timely and accurate filing of administrative records, ensuring that statutory deadlines are met;
- Perform other administrative tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements.

As Corporate Assistant, you to manage ad-hoc activities next to your daily work. In this position, you need to prioritize what is important, have a hands-on and independent work mentality and be able to deal with stress. You are proactive, know what you are capable of, possess good communication skills and not afraid of asking questions.
Other relevant qualifications for this profile:
- Master/ Bachelor’s in law, education started – position is suitable for students who have successfully completed their 1st year of studies;
- Fluent in English (both orally and in writing).
- Is quality focused, business-minded with ability to deliver excellent service to our clients;
- A professional and hands-on work mentality;
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Good organizational and planning skills.
