WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As Legal Account Manager in the Capital Markets team (LAM CM), you are part of an assigned client team and you work closely with other legal account managers and financial account managers in order to continuously exceed our client’s expectations. The LAM will be responsible for all legal matters of our fast-growing portfolio of client entities. The LAM CM is expected to continuously develop both personally, as well as professionally, and deliver added value to all disciplines within Trustmoore and contribute to the further growth of our office.

Main responsibilities are:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Trustmoore’s clients within the Structured Finance & Capital Markets service line;

• Manage the day-to-day operations of clients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client entities, and ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations;

• Communicate with clients, board members, and third-party intermediaries such as banks, lawyers, accountants, and tax advisors via email or conference calls;

• Review and provide feedback on corporate and legal documentation as required by clients and in coordination with other advisors;

• Prepare documents for various company secretarial transactions (e.g., incorporation, share allotment, capital reduction, change of directors, liquidation, amendment of articles of association, power of attorney, etc.) and arrange necessary filings;

• Maintain statutory records for entities and monitor annual statutory filings;

• Assist with the preparation, collation, and ongoing monitoring of Know Your Customer (KYC) / Client Due Diligence corporate files.

HOW DO YOU FIT IN THE TEAM?

As a LAM CM, you need to manage ad-hoc activities next to your daily work. In this position, you need to prioritize what is important, have a hands-on and independent work mentality and be able to deal with stress. A helicopter view is required, you are proactive, know what you are capable of, possess good communication skills and not afraid of asking questions.

Other relevant qualifications for this profile:

• An university degree in Law (e.g. corporate/ civil/ fiscal law);

• A client-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships. Experience in a client-facing role is advantageous;

• Experience with corporate and commercial law and administration;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism;

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;

• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a strong team player;

• Must be able to work on multiple issues, change priorities and organize workload;

• Is quality focused, business-minded with ability to deliver excellent service to our clients;

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
